It’s important to note that the Cool LA Marketplace communications are separate from the general Cool LA Rebate communications. If you are a Cool L.A Rebate customer and opt-out of Cool LA Rebate Marketplace communications, it will not impact your regular emails from LADWP. Having said that, YES, you can opt-out of any specific communications at any time (e.g. buying guides, search updates or price alerts), by logging into your profile page and un-checking the corresponding communication box.
